We came together to create Divine Balance Yoga as a way to share our love for this life-changing practice. We’ve both experienced just how powerful this path can be. With a sincere passion for helping to guide others on their own personal journey of healing & self-acceptance, we facilitate our students in the cultivation of mindfulness by way of presence and intention through this breath-focused practice of yoga. And of course, by honoring the thread which holds it all together…loving kindness!
